Every vehicle we work on is different, so we tailor our process based on the condition and what we need to accomplish. Here’s a general look at our process:
First we do a thorough vacuum: We start with a thorough vacuum, using an air gun, cordless drill, and vacuum to remove pet hair, dust and debris. It may seem like a simple step, but proper vacuuming makes a huge difference and sets us up for the next following steps.
Next, we clean the fabric surfaces: For cloth surfaces like seats, carpets, and floor mats, we pre-spray a cleaning solution, agitate the fibers with our brushes, and extract or shampoo to lift the embedded dirt and stains. Naturally, some stains may be permanent or cannot be removed entirely due to how long it’s been sitting or the type of stain that it is, but we do our best to remove or reduce them. If the fabric isn’t heavily stained, a cleaner, brush, and steamer can often get the job done.
Onto the leather and plastic cleaning: At this point, we’ll start to clean the leather seats and plastic surfaces like the dashboard, door panels, glove compartment, and pillars. We open all the compartments, move the seats back and forth, and look up, down, and sideways to get into all the nooks and crannies.
Next we clean the door jambs: Door jambs collect a surprising amount of dirt and grime over time. We use cleaners, brushes, and a pressure washer to remove buildup to leave them clean and like-new.
It’s not a detail without clean glass: A this step, we clean all the glass and windows so you have crystal clarity on when you’re driving around Charlotte.
Time to inspect and turn it in: Before we finish, we perform a quality check to ensure your interior is up to our standard. We’ll then call you out and have you inspect it to make sure you’re happy and satisfied with the results

How long does the interior detailing take?
On average, interior detailing takes between 3-5 hours. If the vehicle is in rough shape, it may take longer, sometimes even a full day for extreme cases.
Do you come to me, or do I need to bring my car to you?
We’re fully mobile! We bring our detailing services to your home or workplace, so you don’t have to worry about dropping off your car or adjusting your schedule.
How long will it take for my seats and carpets to dry?
Drying time depends on the weather. We avoid oversaturating fabrics, so on a warm, sunny day, your seats and carpets will be about 80% dry when we finish. On colder days, drying takes longer.
Will my car smell like chemicals after the cleaning?
Nope! We use effective yet minimal cleaning products, ensuring your car is fresh and clean without any overpowering chemical odors.
What if I have a smell that just won’t go away?
No problem, we offer an odor removal treatment specifically for smoke, mildew, pet odors, or anything else that’s stubborn. We’ll let you know if that’s a better option for your situation.
